We know we have a Doctorate degree and all, but we just want to be viewed as your ally. Using our extensive knowledge of biomechanics in the body, examination skills to find how you move personally, and our vast education on training and performance, we work together on putting a program together for you that fits your needs. Our programs will tackle specific areas we find on examination that could be helped with a bit of progressive load through barbells, kettlebells, and everything in between. Your goal may be to be proactive against injury during training season or in the off-season. It could also simply just be that you're not in pain but you wanna be more active and don't necessarily know how to get started. Our coaches and therapists do a marvelous job of getting everyone educated on form and why we are doing what we are doing. These are 100% active the entire visit so you will be moving and grooving the whole time.
